Urhobo foremost socio – political organization, Urhobo Peoples Integrity Organization (UPIO) has hailed Governor Sheriff Francis Oborevwori for his Vanguard Award of ‘ Governor of The Year 2024 ‘
This was contained in a statement issued by Dr( Olorogun)Ebenezer Okorodudu and Chief Barr Jerry Eruvbedede ( National President and National Secretary of UPIO respectively) at the monthly meeting of the group at the Ekpan, Uvwie Local Government Area residence of its National President last weekend.
The statement noted that the Vanguard award is a testimony to the fact that the outstanding achievements of Governor Oborevwori are acknowledged by more credible media organizations .
While congratulating Governor Oborevwori for the Vanguard award, the pro Peoples Democratic Party ( PDP ) group, expressed optimism that Governor Oborevwori will win more awards judging by the success of his MORE AGENDA in all sectors across the state so far.
The statement then pledged its unalloyed support for Governor Oborevwori and the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) just as it urged Deltans to do same in order to continue to enjoy the dividends of the MORE AGENDA in Delta State.
