The leading Uvwie Local Government Council chairmanship aspirant, Chief Austin Ukuwrere has hailed the governor of Delta State , Rt Hon Sheriff Francis Oborevwori over the appointment of Hon Chief Solomon Okporua Ighrakpata as Chairman Delta State Board of Internal Revenue ( DBIR ) .
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) chieftain who reacted to the appointment, remarked that ” the appointment is a square peg in a square hole.”
Ukuwrere who is the immediate past President General of Uvwie General Improvement Union ( UGIU) also proudly remarked that Hon Chief Solomon Okporua Ighrakpata preformed very well as Executive Chairman Uvwie Local Government Council , member of DBIR and member of Delta State House of Assembly.
He then expressed optimism that Ighrakpata will excel in his position as Chairman of DBIR
