The Chairman Delta State Traditional Rulers Council, HRM Major General Felix Mujakperuo( rtd )the Orodje of Okpe Orhue I and the Chairman Association of Traditional Rulers of Urhobo Nation , HRM Dr Emmanuel Ekemejewa Sideso JP OON Abe 1 the Ovie of Uvwie Kingdom have tasked Agbarha Warri people on a peaceful succession to the exalted royal stool of Agbarha Warri kingdom. .
They gave the task in their seperate addresses during the sympathy visit of members of the Delta State Traditional Rulers Council and Association of Traditional Rulers of Urhobo Nation to Agbarha Warri Regency Council and Agbarha Warri people at Agbarha Warri Regency Hall Igbudu Community Warri on Cry 7th July 2023 .
The Chairman of Delta State Traditional Rulers Council who is also the Orodje of Okpe Kingdom remarked that the departed Agbarha Warri monarch was an asset to the council and therefore will greatly be missed by members of the council.
On his part, the Uvwie monarch who is maternally a decesdant of the great Ologide Dynasty of Agbarha Warri , strongly advised that succession to the exalted royal stool should be without rancour .
The Chairman of Agbarha Regency Council High Chief Willie Atebefia Digbori JP had among other things in his key address described HRM Ememoh II (fondly called Orhifi during his life tim) was an advocate of peace and unity.
Hon Kingsley Orere , the member representing Warri South Constituency 11 at the Delta State House of Assembly, Hon Chief Benson Obire, the Unuovwodo of Ogunu Community, High Chief Syvelster Udi, Engr Theophilus Odafe Kpesu, the President General of Agbarha Warri kingdom, Chief Emmanuel Ememu JP , the Unuovwodo of Otovwodo (Agbassa ) Warri , High Chief Julius Edafiadjebre ( JP) among other distinguished indigenes of the ancient Urhobo Kingdom of Agbarha Warri who spoke to the press shortly after the event applauded the 2 highly esteemed traditional rulers for their advice as they noted that the advice was timely.
They also appreciated the traditional rulers for the visit as they also noted that it was a wonderful way of showing their last respect to their departed colleague .
