97 Youths on Friday graduated from three months free vocational training organised by Rotary clubs of Effurun,Osubi and Warri in collaboration with Ejaitse Afere foundation.
Speaking at the graduation ceremony Rotary international District 9141 Governor, Rotarian Chinedu Ikegwuani commended the Rotary clubs for the initiative.
Our Correspondent reports that the graduation ceremony was held at Rotary club of Effurun vocational training center at Ebrumede In Uvwie local government area of Delta State

He commended them for the various products they produced at the end of their training programme, stressing that they have become entrepreneurs and employers of labour .
The District Governor also thanked the Clubs for embarking on the training programme and asked them to apply for grants from the district to improve on the programme and increase the number of beneficiaries .
Earlier the President of Rotary Club of Effurun, Rotarian Florence chukwuebuni represented by the vice president Rotarian Greg Agbavwe , President of Rotary Club of Osubi Rotarian Gloria Omamogho and President of Rotary Club of Warri ,Rotarian Regina Edukugho stated that the clubs in collaboration with Ejaitse Afere foundation are proud of the Beneficiaries for completing the vocational training .
The chairman Rotary club of Effurun vocational centre Rotarian Stephen Aribogha revealed that the training programme which commenced January 13th ended in April 23rd with 97 Youths trained in six vocational skills which include Shoe and bag making ,catering , Cosmetology,Make up and Gele ,Fashion Design and computer training.
He however appealed to the District Governor to provide them with District grant to support the club in future training.

Highlights of the ceremony was the presentation of certificates to the Beneficiaries.
