Rights to quality Education and an enabling environment for children especially those with special needs have been identified as key factors in bringing inclusivity into the Nations human capital strength.
The submission was made on Thursday during projects execution by the Rotary Club of Warri Central, District 9141 led by its president Rotarian Obada Okumagba

The club also inaugurated a mono pump borehole at Olodi primary school inorder for the pupils and staff to get access to potable clean water .
The club members were earlier at Ekpan General hospital in Uvwie local Government Area to donate Oxygen cylinders to the hospital so as to improve the quality of service being rendered in the Government hospital.
According to the President of the club, Rotarian Obada Okumagba, the three projects embarked upon reflected Water and sanitation, Diseases prevention and treatment, Basic Education and literacy which are in line with Rotary international seven areas of focus.
Rotarian Okumagba added that Rotary club is made of passionate and Action driven men and women who through their time, talents and financial resources go out of their way to influence programmes and projects that meet the needs of the vulnerable.
For his part the Assistant Governor District 9141, zone 12 Rotarian Lawrence Nwadiogwu noted that service to humanity is the center piece of Rotary international.
He noted that Rotarians remained firm in putting smiles on the faces of indigent people most especially children who have been deprived by circumstances to access basic social amenities in the society.
While reflecting on the demeanor of special children who were beneficiaries of the free school bags maintained the society must wake up to it’s responsibilities in catering for them.
Project committee chairman Rotarian Uwagbai Isioma revealed the projects carried were product of a need assessment on the schools and the hospital, emphasizing that the projects were their felt needs.
The Head teacher of the Olodi and Alders Town special primary schools including the medical director of Ekpan General Hospital, Dr lucky Inege Appreciated Rotary club of Warri Central for the gesture noting that the items would be judiciously utilized to serve humanity.
The Club had however assured that it would continue to reflect the core object of Rotary which is service above self .
