Rotary Club of Warri has officially installed Rotarian Regina Edukugho as its 46th President.
During the installation ceremony, Rotarian Edukugho announced that the club has earmarked twenty million three hundred thousand naira for its projects in the 2024/2025 Rotary year.

In her address as the 46th President of the Rotary Club of Warri, Rotarian Regina Edukugho stated that Rotary is an organization of business and professional leaders united globally to provide humanitarian services and promote high ethical standards in all vocations.
Rotarian Edukugho expressed her gratitude to the members of the Rotary Club of Warri for their dedication to humanitarian efforts and vowed to uphold their trust during her tenure.
She outlined the club’s planned projects for the 2024/2025 Rotary year, which included the renovation of the Primary Health Center at Ugbori,Warri south local Government Area, providing medical care and clothing, upgrading existing club projects, empowering petty traders, tree planting, and various environmental sanitation activities, among others.
Rotarian Edukugho also called on friends of the club and fellow Rotarians to donate generously to help the club achieve its goal of executing the twenty million three hundred thousand naira worth of projects.
Earlier, the immediate past President of the Rotary Club of Warri, Rotarian Faith Ovie, expressed her gratitude to the club for their unwavering support during her tenure.
She noted that the dedication of the members and friends of the Rotary Club of Warri was instrumental in the successful completion of her star project—the construction of a physiotherapy center, which was donated to Warri Central Hospital.
Rotarian Ovie also voiced her confidence in the leadership of the new President, urging continued support to ensure that the new President can finish strong and build upon the Rotary Club of Warri humanitarian efforts.
In his welcome address, the Installation Committee Chairman, Rotarian Chris Iyovwaye, revealed that the incoming President has identified unique and impactful projects that will greatly benefit the communities within their mandate areas. He also appealed for contributions to support the club Star projects.
