It was an unforgettable Birthday fellowship for members of Rotary Club of Plantation City and other Rotarians in Delta State on Monday March 11,2024.
Rotary club of plantation City led by it’s president , Rotarian Charles Alaukwu, celebrated the birthday of the club’s Charter President and Assistant Governor zone 15 Rotary international District 9141 ,Rtn Wilson Kokarhaye and the daughter of the president miss Ugochinyere Alaukwu.
During the fellowship laughter filled the air as glasses clinked in the celebration.
It was a night where friendships were strengthened and memories were made to last a lifetime.
The birthday celebration was well attended by Rotarians from different clubs in Delta State including Past District Governor ,Rtn Ikponmwosa Ogiemudia.
President of Rotary Club Of plantation City,Rtn Alaukwu thanked Rotarians and friends of the club that attended the birthday fellowship.
He urged Rotarians to continue to do good and serve humanity with their God given resources.
One of the highlights of the birthday fellowship was a pep titled ” Wash ” by PAG Yeri Suala .
Rtn Suala noted that clean water is necessary for healthy living and commended the women who takes care of the hygienic condition on the home.
He noted that Rotary international has continue to provide clean and drinkable water for communities ,takes care of the environment and provided free medical outreach for the needy in the society.
The event was climaxed with the induction of Stella Asin into Rotary club of plantation City and cutting of birthday cake by Rotarian Wilson kokarhaye and the president of the club daughter Ugochinyere Alaukwu.
