Over 450 persons benefitted from Rotary Club of Osubi , District 9141 free medical services held at Osubi health center, Osubi Okpe local government area of Delta State.
The 2-day free medical services included cervical and Prostate cancer Screening.
Rotary club of Osubi is known for organizing free health screenings, including prostate and cervical cancer screenings as part of their community service projects.
Before the commencement of the free medical services by Rotary club of Osubi ,Past Assistant District Governor and a medical Doctor Rotarian Ikenna Ogbonna informed the beneficiaries that the free medical service is sponsored by Rotary Club of Osubi and asked them to call others to take advantage of the 2-day free medical services.

disclosed that anyone who tested positive to either prostate or cervical screening would be referred to Warri central Hospital.
The President of Rotary Club of Osubi Rotarian Gloria Omamogho while thanking God for the success of the programme also thanked Rotary International District 9141 for providing grant to the club.

Also speaking past Assistant District Governor and Project Director of Rotary Club of Osubi , Rotarian Kehinde Oisemaye disclosed that the club organized the free Cervical and Prostate screening programme every two years and is targeted at indigent persons .

Others including Past Assistant District Governor Rotarian Mfon Otite-Douglas, Past President Rotarian Ighodalo Akpasubi said the club will continue to assist indigent persons with medical support as it is in line with Rotary International seven areas of focus .
Some of the patients including Deaconess Ekpan , Mr Moses Efe thanked Rotary Club of Osubi for the gesture,saying they have saved money for other pressing needs .
100 women were screened for Cervical cancer, 100 men for prostate cancer while 250 persons both male and female benefitted from the free medical services including blood sugar test ,malaria check , blood pressure check, deworming and dispensing of free drugs to the befitting patients
