A frontline Peoples Democratic Party( PDP) member in Uvwie Local Government Area of Delta State Government, Chief Abovi Hope Erute, has hailed the Chairman of Board of Internal Revenue , Delta State, Chief Hon Solomon Okporua Ighrakpata for his emergence as the chairman of PDP Okpe/Sapele/ Uvwie ( OSU ) Federal Constituency Political Forum.
Erute who is a member of Advisory And Peace Building Council, Delta State made the commendation in an exclusive media chat with our correspondent during the inauguration of members of forum in Urhobo College Effurun Uvwie Local Government Area last weekend.
The President General of Uvwie General Improvement Union (UGIU) while congratulating the Uvwie born political icon , remarked that the emergence of Ighrakpata as the chairman of the forum was a good omen and progressive step for the party.
Erute who is also the Isirerha of Etche R Alegbo( traditional administrative unit) in Uvwie Kingdom had earlier stated that the inauguration of the forum was an indication of the preparedness of members and supporters of PDP in the federal constituency to continue with Governor Sheriff Francis Oborevwori till 2027 .
He proudly and gladly remarked that Governor Oborevwori had positively impacted on the Okpe/ Sapele/ Uvwie Federal Constituency and indeed across Delta State.
Erute further noted that the huge crowd at the epoch making event was an indication of the support of the people of the constituency for Governor Oborevwori.
He therefore urged the people of the constituency and indeed Deltans to continue with their support for Governor Oborevwori and the party till 2027 and beyond in order to continue to enjoy the benefits of the MORE Agenda of Governor Oborevwori ‘ administration
