People’s Democratic Party PDP,vice chairman ward II,Ogulagha,Hon (chief) Ambassador Godspwer Akiefa has commended the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme,PAP high chief (Dr) Dennis Otuaro for organizing stakeholder meeting in Warri,Delta state .
Chief Akiefa made the commendation while fielding questions from Journalists shortly after the end of stakeholders meeting.
He added that the theme of the stakeholders meeting “fostering, consolidating and collaborating for the peace,security ,stability and development of the Niger Delta was apted stressing that all stakeholders should support chief (Dr) Dennis Otuaro inorder for him to succeed in achieving the objectives of PAP.
Chief Akiefa noted that sustaining the peace and security of the Niger Delta is the mandate of the Amnesty programme and all stakeholders must key into it for the development of the region .
Chief Akiefa opined that such meeting with stakeholders would make the former agitators to have a sense of belonging and give them the opportunity to asks questions on issues of concern .
Earlier during the stakeholders meeting the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) High chief (Dr) Dennis Otuaro had urged ex- agitators enrolled in the programme to avoid anything capable of affecting the peace and security of the region .
He assured the stakeholders that President Bola Tinubu would continue to attract development to Niger Delta region .
