The Provost of College of Education ( COE), Dr (Olorogun) Dickson Onovwakpoma Oyovwi (JP) has commended Governor Sheriff Francis Oborevwori for the renovation of an administration building in the college.
Oyovwi made the appreciation and commendation in an exclusive media interaction with our correspondent at his office on Tuesday 14th January, 2025.
He recalled that the building has been abandoned since twelve years ago.
He said that it has been the dream of the college community for the administration building to be renovated.
Oyovwi expressed optimism that besides serving its administrative purposes, the building when completed, will enhanced administrative activities in the college as well as add colour to it as he noted that such a gigantic building is not common in high institutions in Delta State.
The Provost of College of Education Warri was also full of praises for Governor Oborevwori’ s patronage for the college as he noted it was a clear display of Governor Oborevwori ‘ s passion for education.
Oyovwi also remarked that Governor Oborevwori is a listening leader who has the interest of the people at heart.
Some lecturers, staff and students of the college who do not want their names published in the media were also full of praises for Governor Sheriff Francis Oborevwori for the renovation of the twelve years old abandoned administration building in College of Education Warri.
Interestingly some of them also lauded the Provost of the College Dr (Olorogun) Dickson Onovwakpoma Oyovwi for the successes recorded so far since he assumed office.
