A young man simply identified as Emmanuel( surname witheld ) found himself in a commercial tricycle popularly called Keke after picking a free 1,000 naira note from the ground in Asaba in a broad daylight last Saturday.
He also said to have immediately fallen unconscious but later regained consciousness in the keke .
Emmanuel thereafter bravely requested that he should be dropped off by his abductors who obliged to his request without delay.
On getting home, Emmanuel reported the bizarre incident to his relations who wasted no time in taking him for a medical checkup in a private hospital in GRA Warri.
A source closed to Emmanuel ‘ s mother who naratted the incident to our correspondent, gladly disclosed that Emmanuel was in a good state of health but has not been discharged at the time of filing this report.
A resident of Warri , Roland Ogbon ( aka Obama ) who owns a business outfit in Warri Central Motor Park , spoke to our correspondent on the incident as he noted that the incident is a warning on picking of free monies and other valuable items from the ground.
