Ahead of the 2023 General Elections, the Gubernatorial candidate of the People Democratic Party PDP Delta state Rt Hon.Sheriff Oborevwori has charged the people of Okpe and Deltans in General to get their Permanent Voters Card PVC and vote for all PDP candidates .
Hon Oborevwori was speaking on Saturday at Egborode Primary School , Okpe local Government Area of Delta State during a Party held in his honour by John Ewhubare

Rt Hon Oborevwori described his victory at the Supreme court as the hand work of God and highlighted some of his agenda for Deltan’s to include peace, security, opportunity for all, empowerment , employment for all graduate in the state.
“I dedicate my victory at the supreme court to God Almighty and I thank all of you for your support and prayers “he said .
The Governorship candidate also urged the people to vote for the interest of the Party, Okpe and not for his interest and commended the Siakpere Team for its support and encouragement.
Also speaking, founder and Director of Team Siakpere, Mr John Siakpere Represented by Dr Stephen Richard described Rt. Hon. Oborevwori as a sustainable and qualified successor and pleaded with the people of Okpe to intensify campaigns and double their efforts to ensure victory for all PDP candidates come 2023 general elections.
Mr Siakpere urged all PDP faithful to embark on a door to door campaign in all the communities in the state adding that the team Siakpere for Oborevwori is ever ready to mobilize and canvass support for the PDP Governorship candidate .
The House of Assembly Candidate for House of Assembly Okpe Constituency Hon. James Augoye called on PDP members in Okpe Local Government to join forces and not to relent in their prayers for the victory of the Party.
Others who spoke during the team Siakpere victory party for Sheriff included the Chairman, Okpe Local Government who also Chaired the occasion Hon. Isaiah Esiovwa, the Women Leader of PDP Okpe Local Government, Mrs Angela Oseahweke and the Youth Leader of ward 6 Comerade Micky Umukoro appealed to the people to get their Permanent Voters Cards and vote for PDP.
They appreciated team Siakpere for the support and for organizing the victory party .
It will be recalled that the supreme court had affirmed the nomination of Sherrif Oborevwori as the governorship candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in Delta state
