Executive Chairman Bomadi Local Government, Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye, has said the Delta state Governor ,Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori is the first Governor to visit Bomadi to inspect project after the construction of the Bomadi Bridge years ago .
Hon Andaye made the remark when the state Governor Rt Hon Sheriff Oborevwori inspected the ongoing Ohoror/Bomadi road project.
He noted that the 46km road project, linking Ughelli North, Ughelli South, Patani, Burutu, and Bomadi, is poised to revolutionize connectivity and stimulate economic growth in the various local governments areas that the road is linked.
He added that Upon completion it will not only enhance the quality of life for residents but also unlock new opportunities for trade, commerce, and innovation.
Andaye stated that the people of Bomadi are grateful to the Governor for executing the long-awaited project, which will greatly benefit the Ijaw nation.
The inspection visit underscores the shared commitment of Hon. Andaye and Governor Oborevwori to fast-track the project’s completion and transform the local government into a hub of economic prosperity.
