Delta State Chapter of the Pentecostal Fellowship of Nigeria, PFN , now has a new Chairman.
He is Bishop Willie Abos .
Bishop Willie takes over from Bishop Kingsley Enakirheri.
At the inauguration of the new executive of the PFN Delta State held at the Alpha and Omega City, headquarters of the body in Agbarho, National Vice Chairman, South South, Apostle Zilly Aggrey , charged the new chairman to restore order and discipline to the Church.
Apostle Zilly called for prayers for the restoration of the power of God to the Pentecostal Church.
Delta State Governor, Rt Honourable Sheriff Oborevwori, represented by the Chief of Staff Government House , Honourable Johnson Erijo assured of continued partnership between his administration and the Church for good governance in the state.
Governor Oborevwori charged the new PFN exco to uphold the virtues of hard work and diligence displayed by the outgoing executive.
Responding the new PFN chairman Delta state chapter,Bishop Willie Abos appreciated Archbishop Goddowell Avwomakpa and Bishop Pius Odioko for piloting the affairs of the PFN to enviable heights in the past.
He also thanked his predecessor Bishop( Dr )Kingsley Enakirerhi and his wife Rev( Dr) Enakirerhi for their show of love, trust, gifts, and mentorship,stressing that he learnt a lot from the immediate past PFN chairman rugged faith .
Bishop Willie Abos while thanking Bishop Simeon Okah and all PFN Advisers as Well as other Officers for the trust reposed on him ,solicited the cooperation of everyone to enable him and the new exco to achieve more exploits.

“As a team player, I hope to run an all-inclusive leadership administration with a focus on “More Exploits”.
“While the Holy Bible is our compass, we will ensure the PFN National Constitution and the State bylaws are adhered to because this will enable us to run a leadership free from offense, as they will be the guide to our leadership operations.
” i reiterate that Our Agenda and Theme shall be:
“FOCUS FOR MORE EXPOLOITS” (FME).
“We shall focus on:
1. The values of the Holy Bible,
2. Unity of the churches,
3. The pursuit of integrity,
4. The purpose of the Church,
5. Increasing PFN membership.
“We will not allow anything that will divide or tarnish the image of PFN as we will always be interested in who governs our dear Delta State to provide the dividends of democracy to the grassroots.
“All the Directorates will be encouraged to work with prompt reports to the office of the chairman quarterly.
“We will ensure that the Women and Youth Wings will be encouraged and supported for more effectiveness.
“There will be a spread of the fellowship across the three Senatorial Districts with God helping us, we shall operate in the Senatorial Districts, Provinces, LGAs, Wards, and Units as required by the PFN National Constitution and State bylaws.
“Our prayer is for more of selflessness by all of us who will occupy the leadership positions that will be made available as we expand.
“PFN is big enough to accommodate everyone and small enough to recognize everyone because PFN is one big family and No one is too big or too small to be a member.
“The Alpha & Omega PFN City is open to all Christians; feel free to take advantage of the conducive environment for various events.
“Our Secretariat will be open from Mondays to Fridays, every week, between the hours of 9am and 4pm.
“As you all know, the PFN does not receive subvention from the government or anywhere else.
“PFN is operated with funds realized from Annual Church Registrations, Offerings, and Donations from well meaning individuals and organizations and these alone cannot run this huge facility we have.
“In order to execute our lofty vision and maintain this incredible legacy facility built under the leadership of my Boss Bishop Dr. Kingsley Enakirerhi, I hereby solicit the continued support from members, individuals, corporate organizations, and the Delta State Government.
“You can support us by reaching out to my office to get update with our proposed budget and plans.
“Once again, thank you, and God bless you all for the various roles you have played in ensuring that PFN gets to where it is today.
“God bless you all and I wish you journey mercies back to your various destinations.

High point of the ceremony was the formal inauguration by Bishop Ojo , National Secretary of the PFN.
The core state officers include Bishop Sam Oyede , State deputy chairman, Bishop Chinedu James, General Secretary and Dr Daniel Ebi Kems , state treasurer. Archbishop Sunday Dieruenaba is the financial secretary, while
Bishop Jonathan Dike is the State publicity Secretary. The new state exco has several directors , among which is Pastor Malcolm Oteri , the State Director of Press.
The Member representing Ughelli North, Ughelli South and Udu in the Federal House of Representatives, Honourable Francis Waive was among top politicians present at the inauguration.
