The Executive Chairman, Bomadi Local Government Council, Hon. Dagidi Rawlings Andaye has congratulated the Speaker, Delta State House of Assembly, RT. Hon. Emomotimi Dennis Guwor as he clocks 46 years on April 1.
Hon Dagidi in a statement by his Chief Press Secretary, on Tuesday, joined the state parliament, Warri South-West constituents, friends and family of Guwor in celebrating a man destined for greatness.
He stated that Guwor had played a crucial role in promoting good governance and contributing to the state’s growth and development in Delta State.

He praised the Speaker for his astute leadership of the legislature, highlighting the continued harmony in the House, which has fostered a strong and positive relationship between the legislature and other arms of government.
Hon Dagidi said; “Under your keen leadership, the state parliament has maintained a peaceful atmosphere and timely passage of Bills that directly improve the lives of all Deltans.
